February 16, 2010 (Utica, NY) — The Honorable Louis Gigliotti and Andrew K. Ward, Esq., both of New Hartford, have been recently elected to the Upstate Cerebral Palsy Board of Directors. The Honorable Louis Gigliotti is the Oneida County Surrogate's Court Judge where he will serve a full ten year term. Judge Gigliotti was a partner in the Getnick, Livingston, Atkinson, Gigliotti and Priore law firm where his practice included labor and employment law and general civil litigation. Gigliotti is also a past president of the Oneida County Bar Association and a current elected member of the New York State Bar Association's House of Delegates.
Ward, an attorney in New Hartford, has focused his practice exclusively on Estate and Business Succession Planning for the last ten years. Ward is also a Board Member of the New Hartford Central School and several local charities, including Chair of the Fund Development Committee of the American Red Cross - Utica Chapter, the Sunset Neighborhood, the ARC Guardianship Committee, and the Neighborhood Center.
