December 3, 2009 (Utica, NY) — Upstate Cerebral Palsy and UNO Chicago Grill at the Orchard in New Hartford have partnered to raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters. On Wednesday, December 9 and Thursday, December 10, customers who present the designated coupon to their server will have 20% of their bill donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters, a program sponsored locally by Upstate Cerebral Palsy.
The local Big Brothers Big Sisters is an affiliate of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the premier mentoring organization in the country. Big Brothers Big Sisters matches adult volunteers with children from single-parent homes. The Big Brothers and Big Sisters serve as mentors and role models to school-aged Little Brothers and Little Sisters.
