Thank you to everyone who took part in the Bowl for Kids' Sake to benefit the local Big Brothers Big Sisters Program. The event was held in both Utica and Rome on April 6, 2008 and included great door prizes, raffles and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children within the community!
Big Brothers Big Sisters matches adult volunteers with children primarily from single-parent homes. A Big Brother or Big Sister can have a major impact on a child's life and yet it's a truly simple process. It just takes some time, a love of life and a concern for children.
